The Transmark leadership team is actively involved in promoting the international development of French companies and to mentoring young French entrepreneurs launching their ventures into the United States.

In 2008 Yves co-founded the French American Entrepreneurship Award (FAEA), an annual start-up competition. Its goal is to help young French American entrepreneurs launch their business ventures in the US by providing a network of guidance and mentorship from experienced business leaders. FAEA supports winning entries to its competition with cash prizes, strategic coaching and media exposure.
